We operate a Quality Management System that is externally approved to the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001: 2008. Written and approved procedures and instructions assure compliance with design, development, production, servicing and installation requirements.
The Quality Management System is communicated to all relevant personnel and regional offices and is monitored and reviewed on a regular basis.
In order to obtain a high level of quality it is imperative that management and employees display the right attitudes, and that work processes are organized as well as possible. Furthermore, actions must be well planned and action plans implemented, work performance must be subjected to measurements, and corrective and preventive action must be implemented to ensure continuous improvement.
