Basic Content - Familiarisation with the various lifting equipment usually found in a Rigging Loft, the way the equipment must be stored, and issued (Tee Card System).
- Inspections that must be carried out before the equipment is used, and how the equipment must be examined and returned to the Rigging Loft after use.
- Various examples of equipment damaged through incorrect usage are shown and discussed.
- Examination of wire rope and webbing slings included.
- Handout material covers LOLER 98 and Example inspections forms and certificates for all equipment generally found in a ‘Rigging Loft’.

Clothing: For the practical period of this course all candidates are required to provide their own protective clothing i.e. hardhat, safety boots, coveralls, gloves, etc Certification An Enermech Certificate will be issued on successful completion of the course. |
