Job Title: Offshore Rigging Trainer/Assessor Job Location: Singapore Job Purpose We require an Offshore Rigging Trainer/Assessor to work in our training facility, as well as onsite and offshore. Main Responsibilities
- Provide training and assessment services for offshore riggers and other related courses.
- Assistance with the development and refinement of new and existing training and assessment courses.
- General marketing assistance relating to EnerMech’s range of training and assessment courses.
Reports and internal working relationships:- Directly Reports to: General Manager Cranes, Australia
- Close working relationships with: Clients, Vendors, Engineers and fellow trainer/assessors.
Essential Experience, Competence, Skills & Knowledge - A good understanding of regulatory requirements and the relevant international and local codes and guidelines is required.
- Advanced rigging qualifications essential.
- Candidates should have occupationally relevant qualifications. A recognised qualification in assessing candidates (such as D32/33, Cert 4 or A1 Units) would be an advantage.
- Experience in delivering training & assessment courses for other EnerMech courses such as crane operators, banksmen, wire ropes etc would be an advantage.
- Experience working offshore or in a similar environment is required.
- Proven experience in delivering training courses to industry and nationally recognized standards.
- Honesty, integrity and a service mentality.
- Good communications skills internally and externally to the business.
