Safe Recruitment Tips
We have recently become aware of fraudulent attempts to solicit personal information from potential recruitment candidates through fake job postings on 3rd party recruitment sites. The jobs posted are for locations where we are not currently operating and advertise job openings which do not exist.
To ensure that you are applying safely, please follow the safe recruitment tips below.
• Fraudulent job postings use our logo and branding and even the names of members of our recruitment team, but you can check for authenticity by looking for the '@enermech.com' domain name in the email address
• If the email comes from any other domain, for example '@enermechltd.com', it is not a legitimate email from us
• We will never ask for any personal information (other than a CV) from candidates before the interview stage of application and we do not send application forms requesting personal details, dates of birth, addresses, etc.
• Our recruitment process requires an interview/screening and we do not hire people without this. If you hear of anyone being 'hired' without going through an interview process, please make the recruitment team aware
